About Us

Our Story

It all started in 1997. Forget Me Not Espresso was one of the first coffee huts to open its windows in Fairbanks, Alaska near it's current location on Noble St.

Forget Me Not Espresso had once expanded to three different locations; Noble St., Peger Rd., and Airport Way, until consolidating and finding our current home on Noble St. once again.

There have been four different owners since opening almost 30 years ago. The Updike family, Amie Greer, Renna Hoener, and now the Painter Family.

Forget Me Not Espresso has continued to serve quality products with quality service through it all. We strive to set an example for the, now, over 28 coffee huts in Fairbanks, Alaska by carrying quality products that follow economically sound standards and practices to improve our carbon footprint in the world.

Proving we have the best coffee and service, in 2014, Forget Me Not Espresso won Battle of the Stands, a local competition between all of the coffee huts in Fairbanks, Alaska.
